How it works:

  1. After purchase you’ll receive an email with our downloadable ‘Beginners to 10K training plan’ to follow for 14 weeks.  You’ll also get our ‘Cool-down and Stretching guide’ and access to our ‘RUNMUMS Core Strength Workout for Runners‘ video.
  2. When you reach your 10KM goal , just let us know and we’ll send you our 10KM finishers medal in the post.

Simply send in the evidence that you reached 10KM via a screenshot of your Strava, MapMyRun, fitbit or anything else. Then we’ll send you out our fab medal in the post!
